Delivery and Dispatch

 

Please read the shipping information carefully before placing your order.

You will be required to select an option at the checkout for the delivery of your contact lenses.

All delivery times below are based on items in stock.

Standard Tracked Delivery Delivery within 5-7 working days FREE

* All Signature required packages has to be signed for at the delivery address for proof of delivery.
* Orders placed on Saturday after 11:00am and on Sunday will be shipped on Monday from our distribution centre.

The dispatch of goods will take place upon the clearing of funds from your account. If any of the goods ordered are not available/in stock, we will inform you via either e-mail or telephone.

Upon dispatch of your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you for your records.

If there is any delay in the delivery of your order by the courier service, we cannot be held responsible this. For both delivery options, you will be provided with a tracking number. This will be sent to you via e-mail, along with a confirmation of dispatch from our side. This will enable you to go onto the courier service website and trace your order.

Some orders might be dispatched in two or more shipments. However, there will be no extra charges, and any order of higher value will be shipped to you by a special delivery.

If you place an incorrect order and require a return or an exchange, the shipping costs will need to be covered by you. A return address will be mentioned in the invoice, which will be attached along with your order.

Any made-to-order lenses are considered as non-stock items.

Orders that require proof of delivery must be signed for at the delivery address. Any orders weighing more than 3kg are subject to additional shipment charges. The customer will be notified of such charges before the shipment is made. We do not dispatch or deliver orders on Indian National and festival holidays.
