How to Order Contact Lenses Online

What Next?

1. Browse the Online Shop

You can browse our contact lens catalogue in six different ways:

  • Contact lens type – head to the Contact Lenses tab and choose from your type of contact lenses, e.g. daily disposable, toric, coloured, multifocal etc.
  • Contact lens manufacturer – anywhere on the site you’ll find manufacturers listed on the left hand side navigation. Choose from Bausch and Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Ciba Vision and more.
  • Contact lens brand – below the manufacturers you’ll find all the contact lens brands we stock. Everything from Focus Dailies, Air Optix, Biofinity and Acuvue brands to Freshlook, Blink and Biotrue.
  • Pick a product – use the pick a product tab on the top right hand side navigation to see a list of all the contact lens products we stock. This way you can easily scroll through the list to find your preferred contact lenses.
  • Search – find the search tab on the top right hand navigation and search for your contact lenses with your chosen keyword.
  • Reorder – if you have already shopped with us before, you can easily find all of your previous orders under the Reorder tab, with no need to search around for the same contact lenses as last time or re-enter your prescription details.

2. Product Information & Purchase Options

Once you’ve selected a product, you’ll find the relevant product information available; listing the benefits of the contact lens or eye care product, technical specifications and dispatch information.

You’ll find options for quantity – choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months’ supply of contact lenses dependent on what type of lens you are ordering. At this stage, you’ll also need to make sure you have your valid prescription ready as you’ll need to enter the prescription details for your chosen contact lenses. This will usually just be the power for each eye, but you could have options for diameter, base curve, add, axis or cylinder, dependent on the type of lenses you are ordering.

When you’ve entered your prescription, click ‘Add to basket’ to continue.

3. Your Shopping Basket

After you’ve added an item to your basket, you can verify the details, quantity and price of your items, as well as choose additional services and select your delivery method before proceeding to the checkout.

  • If you want to edit items, click on the edit link (pencil symbol) next to the item
  • To remove an item, click on the remove link (rubbish bin symbol) next to the item you want to delete
  • If you want to do more shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button at the bottom of the page
  • Choose your delivery method.
  • If you are happy with the items in your basket and your chosen delivery method, click ‘Proceed to checkout’

4. Sign In or Create a Customer Account

If you are not already logged in already, then you’ll now need to either enter your account details to log in or create an account if you’re a new customer.

  • If you are an existing customer, please enter your login email ID, password details and click on the ‘Login’ button to proceed.
  • If you are new customer, fill out the simple form shown on the page
  • i.    Step 1: You need to provide your personal details: Title, First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Phone and Mobile numbers.
  • ii.    Step 2: You need to provide account details; a valid login email address and a password. The password must be between 6-16 characters.
  • iii.    Step 3: Tell us how often you wear lenses and how you heard.
  • iv.    Step 4: Select your preferences for receiving marketing emails from Feel Good Contact Lenses and third party companies.
  • v.    Step 5: Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and tick the agreement box if you agree to all of the terms.
  • Click the ‘Register’ button.

5. Address Details

Next, you will need to provide your delivery and billing address details. You have the option to make these the same or to fill out different addresses for each.

  • If you are a returning customer, select your delivery and billing addresses from your previous lists. If you want to enter a new address, select ‘Add New Billing/Delivery Address’ and fill out the details.
  • If you are a new customer, fill out your billing address and select ‘Make this my delivery address’ to copy the details into the delivery address form. If your delivery address is different, fill out the form with the alternate details. You can use the ‘Find Address’ button to find your full address with just your postcode.
  • Click ‘Proceed’ to continue on to checkout.

6. Order Confirmation

You will now be shown all of your order details so you can review them before continuing to payment.

  • Check that your order items, prescription, quantities and prices are correct. Click ‘Edit’ if you need to change anything.
  • If you have a promotional voucher code, enter this here and click ‘Apply’. If your code is valid, your discount will be applied to the final price, if it is not and you don’t know why, please contact us.
  • If you have enough Feel Good Rewards Points you can redeem these here; select how many points you want to use to receive money off.
  • Check that your delivery method, delivery address, and billing address are correct.

7. Payment Details

Once you have chosen your payment method, you will be taken to the payment service provider’s portal. This is a secure payment portal which is PCI DSS compliant. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

  • You will be asked to select your card provider for the card you will be using for payment, e.g. Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro.
  • Next you will need to fill out your card details. Some details such as billing address and name should be automatically filled out but you can amend these if necessary.
  • Click ‘Proceed’ or ‘Make Payment’ to pay.
  • You may need to carry out a final verification step dependent on your bank or card supplier.

8. What Next?

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you have any questions about your order, contact us via email at or phone on 1800 120 1565.

You’ll be able to access your customer account with by heading to the My Account section. In My Account, you can access your orders, track your orders, re-order them, check your Rewards Points balance, set up reminders, arrange a return, and update your personal details and address details.
